PINE (Cedar, in Russian language) NUT OIL *Pinus Sibirica* has a soft taste, gold to amber colour and a wonderful smell of nuts. It has excellent flavour, is easily digested, does not contain cholesterol, and at the same time has high caloric content.
The entire process is performed exclusively by hand. One family does everything from crushing cones to filling bottles with the oil. The nuts are taken from fallen cones from the tree. Only ripe cones fall to the ground! Ethical approach allows you to have all benefits from the ripe nuts.
During the oil production process the nuts are unshelled by a wooden drum and hand sorted. The unshelled nuts are not cleaned in water which helps preserve alive pine pollen. It contains more additional phytonutrients.
After extraction, the oil is immediately poured into amber glass bottles to save its most valuable elements.
